Before co-founding Cynergy Capital Partners, Shamus accumulated 25 years of expertise on Wall Street within the Wealth Management Divisions of Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Recognized multiple times on "On Wall Street" magazine's Top 100 Branch Managers list, Shamus excelled as a manager in two of Wall Street's premier Wealth Management firms. His primary focus was collaborating with Financial Advisors, catering to High Net Worth and Corporate clients, understanding their needs, and leveraging firm resources to deliver compelling solutions. This wealth of experience uniquely positions him to spearhead Cynergy Capital Partners.

Eric Kristiansen is a seasoned entrepreneur with a strong background in digital marketing. Six years ago, he founded Ads Needed, a dynamic marketing agency that was recognized as one of the top fastest-growing marketing agencies. Through Ads Needed, Eric built relationships with hundreds of business owners and discovered a common challenge: many lacked a clear exit strategy.

This insight sparked his interest in mergers and acquisitions, leading him to collaborate extensively with Kevin and Shamus on various projects over the years. Now, as a business advisor at Cynergy Capital Partners, Eric leverages his expertise to help business owners navigate the complexities of selling their businesses. His goal is to ensure seamless transitions and successful retirements for entrepreneurs who have dedicated their lives to building their companies.

An entrepreneur, business growth advisor, and networker, Rich likes to tell the story how he began his career as a graphic designer, and quickly learned he was much better in client facing roles. Throughout his career, Rich has led a number of digital marketing agencies, software startups, and EdTech concerns, and is a highly sought after fractional business leader. He excels in building brands that resonate with target audiences, structuring and leading highly effective teams, product development and results driven sales and marketing systems. Rich is passionate about helping others succeed and serves as an advisor to several startup ventures and as a student mentor for the Fairfield University StartUp Program.

When not building business strategies and brands, Rich is an accomplished cyclist, runner, and hiker, and might be found chasing a new personal best somewhere out there.

Tony Fox, a native of Bridgeport, CT, has established a distinguished career combining engineering and entrepreneurship. After graduating from Fairfield Prep in 2014, Tony earned a degree in Engineering Physics from Fordham University in 2018. He has since built a robust professional portfolio, including technical engineering roles at General Dynamics Electric Boat and a private hot water heating company. Currently, Tony brings his expertise to CBRE while also thriving as a real estate investor, owning and managing his own portfolio.

Tony's commitment to his community is evident through his active participation on several boards. He serves on the Board of Governors for Fairfield Prep in Fairfield, CT, and on the Board of Directors for the Catholic Academy of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, CT. In addition to his professional and board responsibilities, Tony dedicates time to volunteer work, reflecting his deep-seated passion for giving back.
